Refund and Returns Policy

At Arziyo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable goods or items with broken hygiene seals
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@arziyo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arziyo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@arziyo.com.
